Questions people ask before paying

Do I need AI keys or accounts?

No. The AI is included in your plan. EngTree creates a capped AI key for your copy of VI when it is activated, sealed on your PC. You never see it, type it or pay for it separately.

Do I pay anything besides the plan?

Not to us. If you use the official WhatsApp, Meta may charge its own small fees for messages you start, such as campaigns; replies to customers who wrote to you are free inside the 24-hour window.

Does my PC need to stay on?

On the Starter plan VI runs on your PC, so keep it on and online; a Windows PC with 8 GB of memory is enough. On the Business plan VI runs on EngTree's server: there is nothing to install, your PC can be off, and you open the dashboard from any browser. The Enterprise plan runs on your own server.

What happens when the trial or a term ends?

VI shows a notice, and after 7 days it stops answering customers until you renew. You and your dashboard keep working, and nothing is deleted. Because every client tries VI free first, a paid term is not refunded once it starts, except when we cannot provide the service.

Can I change plans or move to another PC?

Yes. Tell us on WhatsApp. We change the plan from our side, and for a new PC we move your licence.

Which languages does VI speak?

VI replies to each customer in the language of their last message, Arabic or English. The dashboard is in standard Arabic and English.
