Asks you what it does not know
A question it cannot answer reaches you with a short code. Reply once, and VI answers the customer and remembers it.
Quick answers
Teach VI an answer by text, voice or WhatsApp. It also notices questions that several customers ask and learns them, with your approval if you prefer.
Takes and logs orders
Confirms name, phone, product and total, then logs the order on your dashboard.
Escalates what is yours to decide
Discounts, complaints, refunds and special work go to you. The customer is told someone will reply.

Talk to VI by voice
Speak or type. The VI orb shows when it is listening, thinking and speaking, with captions of what it says.
Orders from your WhatsApp
Approve, answer a question or change a rule from your own number. Add your team's numbers too.
Follow-ups and campaigns
VI suggests who to follow up and drafts the message. Nothing is sent in bulk without your approval.
Reports
A daily brief and a weekly report: messages, orders, what customers asked about and what VI did.

These are not settings. They are how it is built.
- Gives a discount, a delivery date or a policy you did not write.
- Quotes a price, size or material that is not in your catalogue.
- Messages people who did not write first, except a campaign you approved.
