What happens after you message us

The usual path, from first message to VI answering real customers. One or two working days; faster if your price list is ready.

1. A short chatWhat you sell, which number VI answers from, and which plan suits you. About 10 minutes.

2. Remote installationYou allow a remote-support session (such as AnyDesk). We install VI and activate it with your code. About 45 minutes.

3. Your price listExcel, a photo of the printed list, or a voice note. We load it, and you can edit it any time.

4. Link and testWe link your WhatsApp, then message VI as a customer and as you, in front of you, until it passes.

5. Seven days freeVI answers your real customers for a week. Then you choose a plan, or stop with nothing to pay.

What we need from you

Four things. The first three are enough to start.

Your price list in any form. We type it in if needed.
A WhatsApp number for VI not your personal number. For the official WhatsApp, a number not already used in the WhatsApp app.
A Windows PC that stays on with 8 GB of memory and a steady internet line. Or ask about the Enterprise plan on your own server.
Who gives orders your number and anyone else's, such as a secretary or a manager.

After the install

VI sends you a short daily brief. Questions it could not answer reach you with a code; you reply once. Updates install themselves at night. If anything turns red on the dashboard, send us a screenshot on WhatsApp; we answer the same day and fix most things remotely.
